Every year, natural disasters and other emergencies result in donations averaging more than US$ 3 billion. A significant proportion of this humanitarian aid  is utilized to cover basic shelter requirements for disaster – affected population , ensuring protection and safety from natural elements and other dangers.

TYPES OF TENTS : Tents comes in different Basic Design and Shapes. Irrespective of Shape , tents are generally classified as:

1. SINGLE – FLY  TENT

Tent with one Layer of Fabric , as simple as that.

Single - Fly Releif Tent ( S-F / RT)

2. DOUBLE – FLY TENTS :

Tents with one layer of Fabric and Fly – Sheet.

Double Fly Releif Tent ( D-F / RT)

3.  WINTERIZED TENT

Tents which usually have one layer of fabric , a lining of fabric , lining (often of cotton) , a fly sheet and a hole for a stove – pipe.
